Meet The Team

Kaleido Developments is a family operated company founded in 2014. Our mission is to rejuvenate neighborhoods by constructing unique commercial developments and residential spaces within the Greater Toronto Area. Our combined experience in construction and carefully selected partner collaborations for each project ensure that we deliver a quality product to consumers. We build not for the way people have lived but for how they will live in the future.


HISTORY


After many years of raising capital for development partners, the founder branched out and opened a real estate development arm, hence the beginning of Kaleido Developments. Identifying viable development opportunities around the Greater Toronto Area, we began sourcing and acquiring parcels of development land in various stages of zoning.


Our team initiates the steps required to develop each site and is highly selective in acquiring, analyzing, and scrutinizing each potential project. The specific areas we seek demonstrate positive growth statistics and access to key transportation nodes. We design buildings to accommodate a changing lifestyle centered around Smart Home Technology, drone delivery pads and modern interiors.


Kaleido collaborates with established, reputable partners with proven experience and success in site consultation, marketing, construction, environmental, property management and project sales.


The company has completed several key projects such as Kingsgate Plaza in Schomberg, Olde Towns Village in Brampton and University Heights in North York.


Currently, we own numerous projects around the GTA that are currently in various stages of zoning and site plan approval.

Having worked with many significant developers such as Fernbrook, Geranium, and Wycliffe, SRN Architects Inc. is very practiced in designing properties for future living that esthetically blend into and compliment the architecture of each location.


THE BUILDER

DC&F brings a wealth of onsite and general management experience to each project. Offering a diverse business and construction background, they bring to the table: 

  • Specialization in all forms of wood construction including ‘stick build’ and panelized construction 

  • Multi-trade general contracting

  • Experience in complex multi-residential and ICI projects; low rise, mid-rise and high-rise construction 

  • Modular systems such as precast concrete, cold formed steel panel systems, wood panel systems, conventional concrete, wood framing and structural steel systems 

  • Master’s degree in Urban Planning
